You can expect my full attention devoted to your wedding painting and your guests on your wedding day. My only requests include: a comfortable chair, a designated space allocated at the event for myself, my paint supplies and easel. I would also need easy access to a safe electrical outlet for my easel lighting.
I will plan to arrive at the venue two hours prior to your event to set up and get started. I will take a few photos to use as reference throughout the event.
I will paint for a maximum of four more hours and politely converse with your guests. I will take the painting home to finish the details in my studio. This process can take up to four weeks.

The fine print for your fine art.
A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 and a signed commitment contract will hold your date. One change of date can be made within six months to hold a later date. (Only one extension allowed with original deposit upon availability of new date) I will send you a commitment contract after all is outlined and quoted with any additional costs. A separate fee for travel expenses will be planned as needed.
Affordable payments can be made monthly using venmo or by check. Final payment must be paid in full within four weeks prior to your wedding date.
There is an additional charge for shipping & handling.
I do not offer framing at this time.
Contact me about additional costs if you would like to price a wedding painting completed entirely from supplied photos.

I DO promise to capture the moment of the beautiful bride and groom looking their best at their special wedding event. Your choice of either interior or exterior setting, first kiss, first dance, dip or twirl, father & daughter dance or mother & son dance.
I DO promise an heirloom painting on stretched canvas, painted on site with all your guests to view and enjoy. This painting will be a treasure to showcase for generations to come.
I DO promise my personal and professional guarantee that you will be pleased with your decision on hiring me to memorialize your special day.
